A dinanderie vase with a narrowed opening. The upper section is encircled by an undulating brick-red band, inlaid with a continuous silver-toned pattern of scrolling waves and small dots. The rest of the body features a mottled, hammered patina with brown, ochre, and dark tones.

Spherical shaped dinanderie vase. The central part is decorated with a geometric pattern consisting of large dark triangular points contrasting against a finely speckled gray and brown patinated body. The neck is highlighted by a delicate frieze of small silver-toned diamonds. All of the designs and nuances are achieved through the dinanderie technique, made from sheet metal. Signed « CL.Linossier ».
