A spherical pewter ball vase featuring a small circular top opening with a smooth rim. The repoussé metal surface displays a naturalistic texture evocative of a sea urchin or a lobed plant form. The body of the vessel is structured around regular vertical ribs, which are entirely covered in a dense network of small, raised pointed bumps.
