Henri Aribaud was a French interior decorator, furniture designer, and manufacturer. Based at 54 rue de Charonne in Paris, in the historic cabinetmaking district of Faubourg Saint-Antoine, he distinguished himself by designing and producing his own lines of furniture, decorative wall panels, and upholstery textiles. Combining traditional finishes (polished dark wood, gold-inlaid engraved stucco) with modern materials (nickel-plated metal tubing, glass), his work reflects the transition from Art Deco elegance to architectural modernism.
