A major monumental wall sculpture in iron, structured as a diptych measuring 3 meters in height. This abstract, constructivist-style work is composed of an intricate and dense assembly of numerous metal parts of various shapes and colors, directly sourced from scrap pieces in the flame-cutting workshop. The stylized initials of the company, "RD," are intentionally integrated into the upper left section of the composition.
From an artistic perspective, the execution of this piece clearly reflects the aesthetic influence of Pierre André Benoit (known as PAB, 1921-1993). This renowned Alès-born poet, painter, illustrator, and art publisher was a close personal friend of Mr. Jean Richard Ducros, the fourth head of the company (who led the firm from 1938 to 1975). This cultural connection is directly visible in the graphic modernity of this unique collective creation, born from the company's rich industrial heritage.
