A rare pair of large two-light patinated and hammered pewter candlesticks, exemplifying Maurice Daurat's clean, geometric Art Deco aesthetic. Each piece is built upon a rectangular, stepped molded base supporting a U-shaped curved double branch. The two cylindrical candle nozzles at the ends feature a distinct faceted, star-shaped profile.
Signed and monogrammed "M. Daurat" underneath and on the base.
