An anthropomorphic direct-carved Macassar ebony sculpture depicting an elongated, stylized figure standing on its original wooden base. The arms integrate fluidly along the body, with the right side forming an openwork oval aperture highlighted by an inlaid brass wire. The geometric, serene face features silvered brass inlaid scarifications and is crowned by a striking, radiating headdress made of thin metallic pins.
